This PR adds a missing demo for SonarQube Scanner tool installation configuration.
issue 2746
The existing SonarQube demo only covered server configuration (
unclassified:sonarglobalconfiguration) but was missing the tool installation part (tool:sonarRunnerInstallation). This addition completes the SonarQube plugin configuration examples.
